One of the most common questions we get is whether you have to be a Disney Vacation Club member to stay here. The answer is no. Anyone can book a stay at Riviera. You can reserve directly through Disney at cash rates, use rented DVC points, or book through a third-party rental company. Renting points is often the most cost-effective way to stay at this Deluxe property. Through DVC Rental Store, guests can typically save up to 30 percent compared to Disney’s direct rates. They offer a stress-free cancellation policy, daily customer service from 9 am to 9 pm, a $100 deposit with 25 percent due at booking, and even financing options for your stay.

Riviera Resort features five room categories designed for couples, families, and large multigenerational groups:

Tower Studios sleep up to two guests and are perfect for couples. These cozy rooms feature a queen-size pull-down Murphy bed, private balcony, compact bathroom with rainfall shower, and thoughtful storage solutions that maximize space.

Deluxe Studios sleep up to five guests and include a queen bed, a queen-size pull-down Murphy bed, and a single pull-down bed. You also get a kitchenette with a microwave, mini refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker.

One-Bedroom Villas offer a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a separate bedroom with a king bed, a washer and dryer, a spacious living area, and a private balcony. These are ideal for families who want extra space and the convenience of in-room laundry.

Two-Bedroom Villas combine a One-Bedroom Villa with a connecting Deluxe Studio, offering two bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a full kitchen, and expansive living space.

Three-Bedroom Grand Villas are the most luxurious option, featuring multiple bedrooms, generous living and dining areas, and large balconies. These villas are designed for larger groups traveling together.

Riviera has approximately 300 rooms and is classified as a Deluxe Villa Resort in the EPCOT resort area. Nightly cash rates typically range from around $400 per night for smaller accommodations to over $5,000 per night for Grand Villas during peak seasons.

Transportation is one of Riviera’s biggest advantages. The resort has its own dedicated Disney Skyliner station with direct access to EPCOT and easy connections to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Resort buses provide transportation to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs.

Dining at Riviera is a standout feature.
Topolino’s Terrace offers a signature character breakfast and an upscale dinner experience with stunning rooftop views.
Primo Piatto serves as the main quick-service restaurant with elevated breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
Le Petit Café is a charming café offering coffee, pastries, and wine.
Bar Riva is the poolside bar serving handcrafted cocktails and light bites.

Additional resort amenities include the Riviera Pool with a waterslide, the S’il Vous Play splash pad for younger children, quiet pools, a fitness center, Bell Services for luggage assistance, merchandise at La Boutique, and beautiful walking paths that connect to nearby resorts.
